R.K.Cooling Tech – Fraud washing machine company

R.K.Cooling Tech company service engineer came to my house for Whirlpool washing machine repair, he did change PCB Board & Inlet motor ( on 1st of December-2019) but machine did work only for 1 day and it stops working after that. He has charged Rs.6850 for this work.I am calling that Service engineer and Manager they are just telling will come today and tomorrow and till today no one has come to repair ( as on 21st December-2019 after 20days of complaint ). Please can some one help me.
