My vw 2013 tiguan, towing package is incomplete and a joke! I have been taken for a ride!! I purchased everything from the vw dealer and it has taken 4 trips to the dealer at one point they had my car for one week and still have screwed this up, parts that I bought were not all there! No after buying a bumper tow package and hitch they've bypassed the 7 pin wire connector and left it attached regardless of the fact that it doesn't work!
