This isn't a complaint towards the store itself, more of a growing concern involving individuals that frequent the outside area specifically the area where a person can sit and eat. Today, I saw a man that was clearly not in the right state of mind walking with what looked like a hospital gown and his pants on his shoulder. He had a stain in the back of his gown which I can only assume was human *** He was limping and held a few dollars in his free hand.
