Question – 2nd attempt
Hello, I sent you an email about a week ago, with no response. I'll try again. As an Amazon Prime member, I ordered your Snapware Snap 'N Stack Portable Organizer (6.6-Inches by 9.8-Inches), order # 113-600****-577****. I like this item, as I find it very useful for my growing collection of colored pencils, gel pens, markers, and various other coloring supplies. Prior to purchase, I read some reviews mention the trays can be ordered, as well as dividers. I want more trays, not the handle, just more trays, and possibly the dividers for this set. However, I'm not able to find how or where to obtain them. As a result of not receiving a response from Snapware, I ended up purchasing another set, order # 113-415****-405****. Now I have 2 handles I really can't use, and didn't need. That was the reason for my initial email, as Amazon had sent me contact info, as the seller of Snapware. I was surprised when I saw the url Amazon had sent me contained "pissed consumer" in the address. I will a pissed consumer at that time, as I was only asking a question, but after a week or so of no response, I am disappointed. Pissedconsumer.com advised I should mention my review of my experience with Snapware that has been posted, listed as review 208****. They have sent me additional contact info, including this email form, and requested I advise of this experience attempting to contact you again.
