Purchased an item listed as brand new with tags, and it is not as listed/described
Hello, I purchased a handbag for my daughters birthday. It was listed as new without tags. When i received the item it was clearly not new. The seller says she made an error listing it as new, and in her opinion it is in excellent condition. I have added photos if the scratches on the metalwork. I dont know what to do now i haven't heard from her and i dont have the address. of the bag e
