Purchase processed inaccurately

I purchased several products on the Skinstore website and at checkout used the AfterPay option to purchase my items breaking my payments into four payments. There was a long pause one the order got placed and I went back in to see why it was taking so long and it said processing so I checked my bank account and noticed nothing had posted. So I waited about an hour and re-checked my bank account again. The full amount of the order has been charged! I tried emailing customer service ( no call back), also called and left a message. I will never order from Skinstore again User's recommendation: Bad customer Service and accountability.
