I purchased the eye lift serum at the Sericin store inside the Venetian Shops Las Vegas as a gift for my mother. When she opened it the syringe only produced one drop of product and then stopped working altogether! No one will answer the emails or the telephone to get a replacement or refund. I believe this is all a rip off scam. User's recommendation: Do not lose your money.
