Purchase bug

My wife purchased a pack of 66 cards in-game shop with in-game currency (2000!) The purchase load for a few seconds and then had some sort of message of failed purchase. But the currency was paid with no rewards. I tried multiple options to get in touch with the company. But they made it impossible to contact a human being. I have no idea how to deal with this right now. She saved for a long time and she's very disappointed as you can imagine. We're both playing this game for many years and it's very insulting that you cannot reach someone for help or even support email service. Just a general forum that is filled with other people issues. And none of them is able to refund me or reimburse me for the failed purchase.
