OD1157. 16.8.19. Flight booked at 2.30pm. From Penang to subang. Received notification saying ‘retimed' to 3.15pm at 11.30am on the day itself. Then further delayed to 3.50pm. We are all upset and dissapointed with the delay cos it's more than an hour delayed. Might as well we book the latter flight since the beginning. We asked the boarding gate counter staff, they assured us there will be no further delayed and the plane can depart at 3.50pm and we can start boarding at 3.40pm. Finally, the plane arrived at 3.53pm, and pending passengers to touch down and reload oil, unload luggages etc ... we not even board the plane yet at 4.15. This is not acceptable at all. Second time with malindo and both were late experience. Will not consider malindo in the future.
