Pump has again failed on another one of your dehumidifier

My Soleus Air 70 pint + pump model HMT- D70EPP-A dehumidifier will no longer pump. I have to manually dump the water which is a pain at my age. BTW, this is the second one of your pump dehumidifiers that has failed us and we are not pleased with your product failing. Also, the contact number which is listed on our dehumidifier is no longer in service. Could you please replace our unit? Thanks
