I have paid for and waited for this Item to arrive when it eventually arrived it had Poles missing making the item pointless I contacted the customer service to request full wreath and as I needed it for this weekend and was told that I could book 72 hours after this date which I have I have an email confirming my booking and I have booked A-day off work to now be told the booking has not be made even know I had a confirmation email on reading other people's reviews On this company its clear they do this a lot there selling items taking large amounts of money sending inadequate products and and not refunding people because they missed him around with the collection I want them investigated and a full refund . They're customers service is diabolical and very stressful I have been emailed 6-7 away responding to the here errors and failing please help me get my money back thank you
