I purchased the Le volume 75 MM hot blower, rarely used it. The bristles are bent, going in all different directions. I purchased it because of their testimonials, but where is the truth on the bristles? I am beyond disappointed. I'm sure this is not the only complaint, especially when most women have naturally curly, thick, shoulder-length hair. I had only used the tool about 10x, due to Covid, I was working from home, I just let my hair air dry naturally. I decided to use it and then realized why I was not getting that smooth, silky look and quick drying time. I used plenty of their products, but the bristles were not going through the stands of my hair. The heat was burning my hair as I had to go over, over and over each section. Furthermore, my hair came out frizzy and a hot mess. I mentioned it to my sister who has the same tool, and she told me she had the same problem. I contacted Lange and was told after use do not put on a counter, as bristles are hot. I dont , I hang it from a hook. Then offered me $15, when I paid $119. Why would I want another one, for it to keep happening? User's recommendation: Do not purchase Lange HOT BLOWER.
