So I started a chat, all she did was type in circles and the most entertaining is her math did not add up, to what she was trying to "sell" me, regarding the intended promotion discount. I asked for the chat to escalate, and three requests later, I was advised to send an email. An hour and a half of my time is wasted by this chat, with no resolution.
