Promblems with my orders

I tried contacting charming charlie server times cause I wanted to know when my orders CHC5594 &;;;;;;;; CHC6520 was going to be shipped &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; I wanted to know was my orders delayed & what the problem was with my orders & still no answer at all. Can somebody please tell me when my. Orders are going to be shipped & are they delayed. I paid money for my orders & I have a right to know about my orders.
