I cannot change my surname in philippine airline ticket,i already contact the agency(expedia) that i brought the ticket but still no update,i just want to change it and pay for the penalty.

They have not acknowledged receipt of the complaint nor contacted me personally in any fashion. I had a cancelled flight asking for reason of cancellation and time and date of next flight to cover my being stranded in Tacloban. They did not help ANY of the people on this flight that was left stranded and without accomodations...

Postponed and postponed CT scan.
Mom had an appointment on January 6 for a CT scan of her abdomen. The day before the call was called, the machine was broken. And promised to wait for the message when it will be fixed, and the visit postponed. Well already January 21st. And nothing. But there is an urgent need because the marker is growing rapidly.
