I contacted the seller within 2 hours of selling me the products and I told her I specifically asked for shampoo and conditioner for naturally curly hair and reading the back of these products they are not for naturally curly hair she just flat out said no returns and no refunds when I asked to speak to the mgr she refused it was a flat out dead end and to be honest this process has been too User's recommendation: don't believe what the seling from smartstyle.
