Had to switch from first quality to prevail because product is discontinued. Prevail has no full mat protection. The cloth at the sides looks nice but if patient sleeps on his side the urine goes right thru it. My patient wakes up with soaked pajamas and I have a soaked bed almost every night. The other diaper had full plastic coverage. I have tried the prevail 360 and it is the same. I phoned customer service and was told prevail doesnt make a diaper with full mat coverage or with plastic at the sides. I think this is a valid complaint and someone at your company needs to address this problem. I'm sure I am not the only person with this problem. I have used the pull ups and they are good for daytime but have the same problem at night.
