Problems with my ticket

The employee was rude not to mention she said there was nothing she can do since she was answering her phone at home. The airline cancel my booking do to Covid-19 and then your airline wants me to pay a fee of 30. Even tho my flight was book within the hour of the call. They also said supervisor will call and that never happened User's recommendation: Definitely no.
