The handles will not stay on they keep coming loose and pulling off when you open the door. There appears to be a lock nut that works loose each time you open the door until it pulls right off. The door is less than 2 years old. I have owned three houses and never had a problem like this. User's recommendation: Caution, like I said I never have experienced a problem like this and I do not know of anyone else who has.
