Problems with customer service

There is no quick help option or quick way to contact Done first, which you think would be important when dispensing prescriptions. I always get a reply saying that I will get a response within 24-72 hours if there is a problem. Help will call from time to time and try to fix the problem, but it's inconsistent. At least there used to be a chat option, but now it's disabled. There is currently no other way to get "help" other than filling out a form with your contact information. You can only leave a voice message on a number that you can call. It is not right.

If you are actual Representative of Donefirst you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
