My floor is falling in.

We inherited my father in laws house, the entire house has a bad floor in it. I just ripped out the living room and dining room. It looks as though all of us that bought Jim Walter Homes got screwed. They used inferior building materials. My house is collapsing around me. Resolved: I purchased a used home the hollywood 3 bd 1 ba. today i have problems with the foundation,the floors made from particle board crumbling and its taking time to get it right. thank God its paid for but

Update by user Aug 16, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Hiriing of contractors to fix the issues and I have receipt of costly repairs.. House falling apart

House was built in 1988 and have fell apart. Back of home have sunk and walls are shifting. Put particle board on floors. I need help and advice User’s recommendation: No don’t use Jim Walter.
