Problems using turo app to rent a car

I used the app for a long time no issues then my account got messed up after a dispute over a car cleaning and then after many calls and txt no help..... none knows anything and just says we will escalate. This.... bad bad service when you have a problem ..... otherwise I like it .... Im still renting cars just not on turo app
