Mercari did not do the right thing with my account and it's very disappointing An item I sold was returned to me for insufficient shipping which they provided and rather than compensate me for shipping so I could complete the sale they expected me to pay for it there by making the sale a lot less than expected in the end I am probably going to close my account. User's recommendation: Poor service.
