Problem with my AeroGarden

I planted my second garden in my Harvest Slim 100****, item number 901120-**** about four days ago. I just noticed that the blue and red lights and two rows of the whites arent working on one side. I sent an email with a photo in reply to your last message, ref number #1505****. I dont know if theres a way to attach the picture to this message. I used the update photo on my personal information. Please help! I dont know what to do? Thank you, Kathy
