I regularly order from this establishment and Im disappointed in the denial of military discount .... It did not appear to be busy.. and with business decrease due to COVID ... I would definitely not have expected the agent to deny a simple military discount. She was adamant and did not try to offer any type of empathy or make concessions. Rigidity often brings about non relational problems . This in turn will discourage a frequent customer to not want to return ..I would like a call back please with explanation or email . User's recommendation: Don’t expect flexibility at all.
