Problem with a hotel

Update by user Aug 15, 2021 My problem isn't resolved. They refuse to refund my money. I have called several times but they refuse to speak with me. I wrote the Attorney General but didn't get a answer from them. I talked to corporate about the refund but they couldn't help me. I guess nothing can be done about it. Original review posted by user Jul 16, 2021 We arrived at hotel about 12:00. The first room they gave us the room was dirty.The second room was occupied. The third room the door wouldn't lock. The fourth room was better. It was 3:00 am. The next morning I went to the office to tell them the television and phone didn't work. No one every came to fix it. The last night the people in ajourning room was playing music and smoking Marijuana this was 2:00 am. They come up and told the man I had complained so I didn't feel safe after that. And they continued to smoke. User's recommendation: Don't go there.
