Pro designer customer service SUCKS. They have not delivered on their promises BUT CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME AFTER MY SUBSCRIPTION ENDED, EVEN AFTER I COMPLAINED 6 MONTHS IN.

I have emails to back up my complaints. My salesperson told me they could get other Pro designer's prices by going into their accounts=PRIVACY ISSUE. She also didn't call me back, when were scheduled, to review how to use the services. When I complained via email my salesperson didn't do anything and she didn't return my call about it either. They are threatening me for payment too because my credit card expired after the subscription ended. BULLIES!
