Privacy not recognized

I've been doing business with xpmedical.com for over 10 years. They sell incontinence products. The company was recently sold. The product is supposed to be shipped in plain boxes. Since the new ownership came about, privacy isn't recognized. The boxes aren't taped well, and the product is visible in the box when it arrives, due to shipping. The company has received two emails from me about it, and they don't even bother to acknowledge my complaint. I'm giving them $230 a month. This privacy issue has been going on for a few months now. They've shipped the product in boxes that show that the product is large (with an L) or medium (with an M), and the handle area on the box isn't being taped as it used to be, so everyone can see what the product is.
