Price increased while interacting with customer service

I inadvertently put a second item in my cart. I contacted customer service to have it removed I was given an option to cancel entire order and reorder again on line which is what I did. This all occurred within less than an hour When I returned within minutes, the item had a price increase of 20% although the sale was to continue for another 10 hours as stated on line. Not good business practice. I once again called and was told that there was nothing they could do for me. I did not reorder, I lost trust User's recommendation: Don’t believe what u read on the site. Customer service not ez to reach on a Sunday.
