On 3/3/2021 I received a phone call from a property manager. I told her I had already planned on making payment as I was coming to place more items in storage. She informed me that they had already tried to process payment from my card. I forgot I had set that up, so I told her money would be transferred and available. On 3/5/2021 still had not been processed, so I went to the office, and it was closed. I then called and left a message for payment to be processed. On 3/9/2021 payment was processed with $20 late fee. Does Public Storage need money like that where they drag out to get more money. And it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
