Hi goodmorning BDO! I loaded my number yesterday worth 400 pesos and unfortunately it got deducted but I Didn't receive anything. I got an error saying transaction delayed and that i have to wait 1 hr but it's been almost 12 hours now but i am still not getting anything!!! It's not a big amount but it still doesn't make sense that i will not get anything after deducting it to my account! Please fix this!
