ordered a PSP 3000 from the seller premiere books online,after a month when the item still didnt arrive he mailed me a generic email about how he could sent me a replacement,or give me my money back.well how can you replace an item described as like new used once purchased for wife and she didnt like it?so i replyed to his email saying i wanted exactly what i ordered,and he said he issued me a refund.i havnt gotten the refund as of yet but according to the account it looks like I have.Dont purchase anything from this seller!read his feedback there are more complaints just like this one.still waiting for refund of 121.97
