We rented from Practical Car rental in Hounslow near London and there a miniscule hairline scratch on the bottom of the bumper and they charged us 50 pounds!! When we tried to reason w/ them there was no discussion. They were supposed to give us arise to Heathrow and because we were upset left us stranded in the middle of nowhere. We finally convinced them to call a cab. Rude and big cheaters. Don't go near the nasty people a d place! Also we had to call as they overcharged us on a deposit but only when called caught their mistake.
