PPV NOT LOADING

I hosted a BBQ on Sunday evening to view the may weather boxing event. However, we were not able to view the event as it was not loading. We tried on many different screens( phones, IPads, tvs) it did pop up for a few minutes then turn off. I was not happy with the fact I had guest over for this specific event and could not watch. I am requesting a full refund. Thank you.
