Disconnected power at poll @6am, contacted electrician to re install box back on house, called at noon back to alabama power for a re connect. Waited until 9 :30 PM to get re connect. I called every 2 hrs to get update on them coming out. Kept getting miserable information from "will be there shortly "to they are "in route" (that was at 5 pm) . When someone finally came at 9:30, lineman said he was called at home out of bed, to come out. What the heck is going on with Alabama Power.??? After 42 years of never missed payment or late payments ever, I feel like we are owed explanation or apology. Very disheartening. User's recommendation: Go to motel room until problem solved.
