I purchased a dress the dress value was £14.05 I paid £4.00 in postage total value £18.05 the dress was far too big so I wanted to send it back I ordered another one exactly the same in a smaller size paying £4.00 postage again to send back the one that was too big and not true to size is going to cost me £3.00 leaving me with only £11.05 but this has cost me £11.00 in postage only leaving me with £0.5 for my refund Its disgusting Im entitled to have free postage to send back I should not have to pay for postage both ways Kerrie anne User's recommendation: Not at all.
