Original review updated by user Jul 20, 2021 I receive a letter telling me they are going to raise my auto comprehensive deductible from $0 to $500 because I used the insurance product I paid for. They claimed that I made 3 windshield replacement claims in 2 years. Sorry but it's not like I aim for flying rocks. They say they are not raising my rates but yes they are. I may not be paying them more but I am paying more for claims. That is increasing my insurance cost. User's recommendation: stay away. 2nd time I went with them and 2nd time in short order they change things to cost more.
