Poorly made and damaged furniture awful customer service

I ordered bedroom set. When it was delivered I was not home in part because we did not get confirmation calls regarding the delivery. My husband signed off on it. I was unhappy with the way the drawers fit, a damaged handle was damaged, a big gouge out of the side rail of the bed and the furniture was filthy. On top of it the delivery people left a huge mess. Called customer service and sent pictures. The person did not follow up with me. The only remedy they will offer is to change the drawers slides andpaint the bed User's recommendation: Do not shop here.
