For the past month, every time a new ad comes out I try to order online and pickup. I have not yet been successful. There does not seem to be any logical flow to the site. The Back Button does not return me to where I came. I want to spend money at Safeway, but they do not seem to want to take it. I think their Website might be a beta test version since it does not work very well. Maybe 3rd graders created it? I have spent $1000's of dollars at Frys and Sprouts online for pickup with not even one problem in all the transactions. This is how businesses go out of business. I wish I could give their Website a 0 stars rating. Website is national. I am in the Chandler, Tempe, Mesa AZ area. User's recommendation: Buy online from Frys or Spouts.
