Reverb.com is a joke. I joined and paid for a Les Paul. Reverb said that the card was no good but the bank showed that the transaction was approved. I addressed it to CS which is limited to chat and they were the rudest reps I've ever dealt with. One even told me to "get it right with my bank then get back to them" before abruptly ending the chat session. Luckily my money made it back into my acct on the following Monday. I wish I would have read the thousands of negative reviews before dealing with them. User's recommendation: Stay as far away from Reverb.com as possible.
