poor service when My phone was messed up

My name is Sherrie Johnson my address is 1036 Ardmore circle, Lynchburg, Va 24501. I was a boostmobile customer for a number of years. I think that should have meant something to boost. I purchased a New Samsung A21 from boostmobile.com. When I received the phone I tried to activate it. But it would not connect to my home wifi. After a number of tries and had to scan the number off my Wifi box and the phone connected up. But when I tried to use the phone the caller could not hear me nor could I hear them. The call would keep going in and out the calls kept dropping. I called Boostmobile and I chatted on a number of times trying to get the issue with the phone resolved. I went through all the steps I was told to do and the phone still did not work But to no avail. I went into 2 store in my area. This issue went on for 2 weeks so I was not able to talk on my phone at all. I was told to ship the phone back I was told that I could do without the phones for a week. that's not good customer service. the QR CODE number is SMIM1Z54V84A8431504706. TK# [protected] The ID number for the A21 is SM-A2154ZKNBST I shipped the phone off 04/12/2021 to the repair center. Since I could not use the A21 I had to leave boost and go to a new carrier on 04/09/2021 so I could have a phone. I still have 2 lines on my account But they will be leaving on the 4th of May. because of such poor customer service I would not recommend boost to no one. Since I had to leave boostmobile I would like a full refund of my money I can no longer use the phone Due to the fact I had to get a NEW PHONE .
