Poor service –then a lie from Fitbit representative

Watch stopped working while still covered by warranty. I was sent a return label and immediately mailed back my watch on 6/23/21. FedEx tracking showed pickup but nothing else. On 7/5/21 I called Fitbit and got no where. After my call I received an email asking for my mailing address and giving me a confirmation that a replacement watch would be mailed right away. I called today to confirm and I was told that they still had not received my watch and as soon as they did they would mail the replacement. Obviously the email I received yesterday was a lie. Asked to speak to a manager and was told none were available but that one would get back to me in two to three days. This is pretty poor customer service and I will never purchase another Fitbit product as a result of this . /
