Poor service kia Edenvale
I booked my car for Service for 31 July 2021. When I arrived there the,re was no one to assist at the Door of workshop. I then went to reception were I found that there is only one lady assisting client. And the asked me if I'm paying or cash or Service plan. I then said Service plan. She took my details checked on computer then she told that I do not have Service plan. Then I ws shocked because I know that I got a Service plan. She made a call. I don't know how the conversation went. Then she told me that they can't help me. Thabo 082750****
