Unfortunately this is not a company who will look out for their tenants. We had a tour by a staff of theirs, and only to know that the next day the person was out due to sickness. They will not tell us anything about potential covid exposure. It's not a covid conscious company at all. Additionally, don't even think about you can get a hold of anyone by phone. It's always a voice message, and no one would get back to you on anything. Their lease dept was utterly unresponsive. If one has any other choices in the community, I would sincerely suggest that you RUN. I was very disappointed in my interaction with this company. One star would have been too much. 2.3 average rating is about correct. User's recommendation: Don’t do business with this company if you can have other choices.
