My transfer was cancelled twice and account closed.i provided the information they requested and they are stating they cannot verify the information. Hello! The best "insurance" company of all time, AAS American Insurance House, is renting out Octa's customers without any questions. I had an OCTA with them. Meeting in March to cause an accident. Due to the fact that I had a CASCO policy in BALTA, then initially the 1st communication was with BALTA and BAN due to carelessness due to carelessness was not reported. In September, the recipient recorded a letter in the mail from the BAN with a recourse application for the caused accident.I responded with an explanation and sent a coordinated statement.In October. The answer is that the legal deadline of 10 days has not been complied with and the customer must pay the amount of the damage.I have been in contact with a company of ~ 150 vehicles and I have never been in contact with anything like that before. Obviously, rich and greedy companies that don't care about customers and reputation make a complete difference.
