Update by user Aug 16, 2021 No word from anyone at Ford Original review posted by user Jul 17, 2021 I purchased a 2016 Expedition with an extended warranty, at 20,000 miles the computer started saying things like "no key detected" while on the freeway, or "Trailer wiring fault" (not towing a trailer) or the navigation locks up and the radio turns dark into the nighttime mode during the day, I have photos of all of these "Warnings" which happen every few thousand miles. The dealer says unless they can make it happen they will not repair it User's recommendation: skip the extended warranty and buy a GM product.
