Update by user Aug 07, 2019 They never contacted me, so I reached out to them. The lady was extremely rude and told me I only lost 5 bucks it shouldn't be a big deal. I will never buy their products again and have advised others in my family and friends not too as well. Original review posted by user Jul 08, 2019 Just bought my 3 yr the big dart gun with bullets and targets. He's so excited the whole time in the store. He can't wait to get home and play with it. We open it up load the dart gun and nothing. It doesn't shoot. The tension is so tight I can barely *** it. Poor quality, poor design. Now I have a disappointed little boy . No wonder their toys are always on clearance at Walmart, they're crap.
