Poor Quality Screen Repair

I had my Samsung S7 screen replaced and less than a day after it was cracking down the side. I had a receipt and warranty and went back the next day. The managee wanted to charge me again. When I didnt agree wirh that, i was given a corporate number to call. I spoke to a representative there, that said Sorry to hear about the problem, unfortunately the stores are independently owned and operated. She said it would take 48 to look into my complaint and get me an answer. Its been almost two weeks. I have called multiple times and left messages with no return call. I chose this place because they had decent reviews and prices. Definately do not recommend their services, as they dont stand behind their work!
