Original review updated by user May 25, 2021 I have two pairs of 511 jeans. All within a year old. The crotch area is fraying. Perhaps, the worst area for damage as it cannot be fixed, and it leaves an eventual hole where your underwear can be shown. Otherwise, the jeans are in great condition. A simple Google search leads me to discover that this is a reoccurring issue area for jeans. How can jeans only last six months? Beyond ridiculous. The warranty that this customer service rep keeps mentioning is super vague and probably wouldn't cover this. Also, you are required to pay the shipping and return for warranty claims. A warranty that basically covers nothing and leaves the ambiguity always on the company's side should be illegal. User's recommendation: Avoid.
