I ordered a necklace in honor of my cousin. It came to me flawed. Teezily send no return envelope. I should be able to return it or get a refund. I have since then ordered 4 more and each time I order the quality and visual words you can barely see. I also did one for a friend which was poor quality! Each time I ordered it keeps getting worse!
